You will find below the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) relating to your registration and orders placed on the Eric Willemart Studio online shop, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, under number BE 0877 464 968 and under the Internet domain www.casalto.com .

The terms 'Casalto' (brand name registered with the BOIP) or casalto.com (URL of the online shop) will be used to represent Eric Willemart Studio throughout these GTCs. In these GTC, the terms 'consumer', 'customer', 'you' or 'user' refer to natural persons for whom the purpose of the order cannot be attributed to a commercial activity or to an independent or liberal enterprise. activity.

The processing and delivery of the orders underlying all orders placed on Casalto.com are carried out exclusively in accordance with these general terms and conditions of sale. Conflicting or different provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not apply. Casalto reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions of sale at any time and without prior notice.

The agreement will be concluded when you click on the button confirming your order, after you have taken note of its details, in particular the total price, and have had the opportunity to correct any errors. You then acknowledge your obligation to pay. The applicable law is Belgian law and the courts of Nivelles are competent to settle all disputes arising from our sales.

2 - USE 

You are obliged to refrain from any use that may affect the operation of the Casalto.com website, as well as the use of data accessible outside the said platform.

Any obvious manipulation or proven fraud, carried out with the aim of obtaining an undue payment or any profit against Casalto or any other party involved, may lead to legal consequences, as well as the refusal of access to the casalto.com platform.

There is no right to lasting accessibility to the website or to access to the data or other services offered.

Casalto does not guarantee that all or part of the platform and services remain permanently available.

3 – ORDER PROCESS  

3.1 - Adding to the basket

You can click on the "add to cart" button at any time to perform the corresponding action. By clicking on the "cart" button, you will be sent to a page listing all the products added to the cart as you have configured them.  

3.2 - Finalising the purchase

When you click on the "checkout" button, you will need to fill in the following information:

- Delivery address

- Invoicing address

- Payment information

4 - PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.

Casalto reserves the right to modify the prices of the various products presented in the catalogue without prior notice

5 - PAYMENT - DUE DATES 

In general, the following methods of payment are available to you:

- Purchase with Paypal

Casalto reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment for each order. There is no absolute right to a particular method of payment.

By choosing to pay with PayPal, you pay the amount of the order through the online services of PayPal (Europe) SARL & Cie, S.C.A., 5th floor, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as PayPal).

Please note that the items contained in your order are reserved for a period of 7 days from the date of the order.

If your payment does not reach us within this period, we will be forced to cancel your order.

6 - GUARANTEES

In general and subject to the provisions of the warranty booklet, our products are guaranteed for 1 year. Not covered by the guarantee:

- Deterioration caused by inappropriate use: Excessive action of natural or artificial light

- Use of unsuitable cleaning products

- To external causes: domestic accidents, water damage, stains, burns, scratches, animals, etc. 

- Uses in public or professional places, unless the product has been sold as such (specified on the order form where applicable)

- Repairs, assembly/disassembly or possible modifications carried out by the customer himself.

- Normal wear and tear of materials  

7 - MANUFACTURING AND LOGISTICS

7.1 - Manufacturing

Casalto brand furniture, lights and accessories are manufactured and/or assembled on request when ordered by a customer. The manufacturing and/or assembly time can vary from 3 to 4 days.   

7.2 - Transport

The cost of transport varies according to the country of destination. 

At the time of validation of your order, you will be delivered to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, France, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia. A contribution of 8€ is required for Belgium. A participation of 12€ is requested for the following countries: Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands A participation of 15€ is requested for the following countries: Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Sweden, United Kingdom. A participation of 20€ is requested for the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Spain.

Your country of delivery is not listed above or you wish to be delivered to an island attached to one of the countries listed above? Contact our customer service by email or phone.  

7.3 - Receipt of parcels

We take the utmost care in the selection of our carriers and the quality of the packaging protection.

However, unforeseen events may occur, which is why we give you these tips to follow when delivering or installing Casalto's unique products.

You must check the apparent condition of the package(s) as soon as the goods arrive.

If the package has visible damage (visible tears, traces of heavy soiling, or any other apparent damage) you must immediately express reservations on the transport voucher or refuse the package(s).

These reservations must be precise and motivated (for example: subject to unpacking is not sufficient, but "received a package damaged on the left side, package torn across the width" for example).

You have to check also the conditions of the good in presence of the transporter.

You must inform Casalto of these precise reservations within 24 hours after delivery by email or by L/R.

7.4 - Mounting

Assembly instructions are given on each of the product pages of our website. They also specify whether you need to use an electrician or more than one person for assembly. In addition, complete assembly instructions are supplied in the box with each product.

8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

8.1 - Can I modify my order once it has been validated on the Casalto.com website?

Yes this is possible if you notify by email contact@casalto.com within 48 hours after the initial order. If you do not contact Casalto within this period, as the made-to-measure order is manufactured in our workshop, the rules listed below will apply.  

8.2 - I have not received the product ordered?

In the event of a delivery error, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at contact@casalto.com or by telephone. We undertake to deliver the product in accordance with your order as soon as possible. All return costs are to be paid by Casalto.  

8.3 - Step-by-step return procedure

Contact Casalto's customer service by email: contact@casalto.com Specify the order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you within 24 hours to answer your request. Once the return has been accepted, we will organise collection by the carrier. Within 10 days we will deal with all the administrative part related to this return according to the conditions defined above in this document. The return of the items is done at your home, from 9 am to 6 pm, within a 4 hour time slot. The carrier will contact you directly by telephone to arrange an appointment for collection.

9 - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOMS 

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
